Shipping Carrier
All orders placed with Shortcut Peptides are fulfilled and shipped exclusively through FedEx. We have partnered with FedEx to ensure reliable, trackable delivery for every order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx website to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Speed & Delivery
Shortcut Peptides offers next day shipping on all orders. Orders are processed and fulfilled on business days only — Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Signature Requirement
For orders totaling $300 or more, a signature may be required upon delivery. This policy exists to protect your order and ensure it reaches the correct recipient securely.
If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, FedEx will leave a door tag with instructions for scheduling a redelivery or picking up your package at the nearest FedEx location.
Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations are accepted provided your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process and been handed off to FedEx, it can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order. Include your order number in your message so we can locate and cancel it promptly.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research products and the strict quality controls required to maintain product integrity, Shortcut Peptides does not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
